Who I Work With
Developing athletes
Build strong psychological foundations as you progress through your sport and learn skills that support both performance and wellbeing.
Competitive athletes
Develop confidence, consistency and the ability to respond effectively to pressure, setbacks and the demands of competition.
Elite athletes
Refine psychological skills and navigate the demands of high-performance environments, where small margins can make a significant difference.
A psychological approach built around you
Sport psychology isn't about giving you a set of instructions for how you "should" think.
My role is to help you understand the psychological factors influencing your performance and develop practical skills that you can apply in your own sporting environment.
I draw on evidence-based psychological approaches to help athletes build psychological flexibility, respond more effectively to difficult thoughts and emotions, and focus on what matters most.
The aim isn't to eliminate nerves, doubt or difficult thoughts. It's to help you respond to them in ways that allow you to keep performing and move towards what matters to you.
