About Me

I’m Dr Sarah Findlay, an HCPC-accredited Sport and Exercise Psychologist with a passion for helping individuals and teams unlock their potential and perform with purpose.

My curiosity for performance psychology began during my time as a junior national badminton player for Scotland, where I experienced first-hand the incredible highs and lows of elite sport. Today, I bring that personal insight into every environment I work in - combining lived experience with an evidence-based approach to performance and wellbeing.

I believe strongly in the power of self-awareness and psychological understanding as the foundation for growth. When we learn to recognise and work with who we are - our strengths, tendencies, and responses under pressure - we create the opportunity to operate at our best, consistently. My work focuses not only on developing performance skills, but on supporting the overall wellbeing that allows high performance to be sustainable.

I have extensive experience supporting individuals and teams across high-performance environments, from professional musicians to business leaders, and currently as the Lead Sport Psychologist for Tottenham Hotspur Women.

Alongside my applied work, I am an accredited Spotlight Practitioner (Mindflick) - a performance personality profiling tool used to support self-development, improve communication, and enhance performance under pressure.

Whether working 1-to-1 or with teams, I aim to create the space for people to explore who they are, understand how they operate, and develop the mindset and behaviours that allow them to thrive in the moments that matter most.

I’d love to help you take the next step in your performance journey.
